Canceling an order
As a customer, you have the option to cancel an order within 14 days, and you will receive a refund for the order amount (excluding shipping costs) to the account used for payment.
Accepting an order
When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided during payment, containing information about the contents and price of the order as well as delivery or pickup conditions.
Delivery
Despite all the care taken in packaging our items to withstand transportation and handling as much as possible, Grégoire Vigneron or any of his collaborators cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by B-Post or any of its partners during transportation. Similarly, after our shipment notification, Grégoire Vigneron or any of his collaborators cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by B-Post or any of its partners.
Return policy
Tokowo accepts returns within 14 days, at the customer’s expense, if the items have not been used, modified, damaged, soiled, or otherwise manipulated. Items must be returned in clean packaging sufficiently protecting the item from damage that may result from mishandling by the carrier.
